Inhalation, sedation and the role of the Dental Nurse
Date: February 13th, 11:19

Designed specially to cater to the needs of the modern dental nurse, the Dental Nurses Forum at The Dentistry Show 2014 will boast an inspirational two-day lecture programme. Among the speakers will be Dr Richard Charon, an instructor and mentor for Inhalation Sedation.

From my previous experience, I have found The Dentistry Show to provide an excellent range of lectures and networking opportunities for the whole dental team. I was delighted to be invited back and am grateful for the chance to help educate and influence a large audience of dental nurses.

Events such as these are hugely beneficial for all dental professionals and in particular dental nurses. Most professionals in this role tend to work in small to medium sized teams, often the only dental nurse in the practice. Coming together like this intensifies the sense of belonging to a large group of peers, and helps increase feelings of worth to the profession.

I hope delegates attending my lecture develop an enhanced appreciation for the usefulness of Inhalation Sedation, and the diverse applications of the administration technique for patient, practitioner and practice.
